Description
Spokane County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for on-call engineering consulting services to support its stormwater program. This includes research assistance for stormwater projects, studies, capital facility plans, procedure updates, grant application preparation, and stormwater facility design and construction support. Services may also encompass NPDES permit compliance, GIS mapping, education and outreach material preparation, and general stormwater project design. Individual project fees are estimated to be less than $100,000.00. Firms should demonstrate significant experience in stormwater program support and technical research, particularly with Washington State Department of Ecology's TAPE requirements. Desired experience includes water quality monitoring, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, NPDES permit compliance, and stormwater manual and ordinance updates. The selected firms will be placed on a Qualified Service Provider List for a period of one year, with potential for four additional one-year extensions.
