Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requires an acoustic blanket, identified by part number 010-05992-000, as a direct replacement for existing equipment. This is a brand name mandatory requirement for Johnson Controls Navy Systems (CAGE 66935), and "equal to" submittals will not be considered. Vendors must list the country of origin for each line item and provide the manufacturer's name, location, and business size if they are not the actual manufacturer. All quotes must include pricing, FOB point, Cage Code, contact information (name and phone number), GSA contract number if applicable, business size under the specified NAICS code (314999), and indicate payment preference for Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The government's payment terms are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material. Vendors must also complete and submit provisions 52.204-24, 52.204-26, 252.204-7016, and 252.204-7019 with their offer.
