This solicitation is for coveralls for explosives handlers, in accordance with MIL-DTL-14610 specifications. The required item is size 4X-Large, in gray or natural color. The procurement is being processed with full and open competition, with evaluation criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
