Description
This solicitation is for the replacement of two existing boilers with two new energy-efficient gas boilers at the Maine Air National Guard in Bangor, Maine. The project includes reconfiguring hot water piping, providing power and controls to the new boilers, and installing new combustion intake and exhaust systems. A pre-bid conference will be held virtually on June 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Bids are due by 1:30 PM on June 26, 2026, and must be submitted via email to BGS.Architect@Maine.gov. The bid opening will be conducted at 2:00 PM on June 26, 2026, accessible via video conference. Substantial completion is required by October 30, 2026, with final completion by December 18, 2026.
