Description
Flagler County is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide automotive parts, equipment parts, chemicals, and maintenance supplies. The goal is to establish a reliable source for OEM-quality or better components to ensure the operational readiness of the County's light-duty vehicles, heavy equipment, and small-engine machinery. The awarded vendor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary materials and services, including timely delivery to designated County locations, support for returns and warranty requirements, and adherence to all specifications outlined in the Scope of Work. All provided parts must be new, unused, and meet or exceed OEM specifications, with a minimum one-year warranty. Pricing structures can include percentage discounts from list price, cost-plus, cost-minus, or net pricing, and must include all delivery-related fees. Vendors are required to submit an electronic catalog with product descriptions, list prices, part/SKU numbers, and applicable brand-specific pricelists.
