Description
The DLA Maritime Puget Sound intends to procure insulation covers manufactured in accordance with material specifications. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% total small business set-aside using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures. The award will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract with FOB Destination delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard IMF in Bremerton, WA. Delivery is requested on or before June 30th, 2026. The specific item requested is insulation covers for WC-17 shafting, part number 37009410, Cooper Knit 2'x10' rolls, with a quantity of 50 each. The manufacturer is Cooperheat Equipment Limited. Offerors must complete the solicitation in its entirety, including providing their CAGE code, company size, lead time, pricing, manufacturer information, part numbers, specification sheets, and country of manufacturing. Traceability to the manufacturer is required if the offeror is not the manufacturer. Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 may be required unless the material is Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS).
