Description
The County of Ocean is soliciting bids for two new, unused, current model year pumpout boat vessels, or newer. The manufacturer must have been in business for at least three years, and the current pumpout boat model must have been in production for a minimum of one year. Discontinued models and demonstrator models are not acceptable. All standard equipment as listed in the manufacturer's brochure, specification sheets, and price lists must be included, along with any items specified herein. Bidders must provide a list of prior sales of similar vessels within the last five years, including contact names and phone numbers. A minimum of three complete sets of manuals (Operator's, Parts, Shop Service, and Hydraulic System, if applicable) are required for each vessel. Vessels must be delivered clean, new, and ready for immediate use, with all service and make-ready completed prior to delivery. No dealer advertising is permitted on the vessels. The vessels will be delivered for inspection and sea trial to Seaside Park Municipal Marina, 101 J St, Seaside Park, NJ 08752, and Traders Cove Marina, 40 Mantoloking Road, Brick, NJ 08738. Each vessel must be delivered with a New Jersey motor vehicle new vehicle inspection sticker, title, registration, and plates.
