Description
The Clark Regional Wastewater District, serving as the Administrative Lead for the Discovery Clean Water Alliance, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive support services for the Alliance's program elements spanning from 2027 to 2032. The services encompass: * Existing and Emerging Regulatory Support * Asset Management Program Support * Operational and Technical Engineering Support * Capital Plan and Capital Program Support * Capital Project Delivery Services for Rehabilitation & Replacement of Existing Assets * 3rd Party Inspection and Testing Services Firms can submit proposals for individual Program Elements or a combination of elements within a single document. However, proposals must be complete for all services within a chosen Program Element; partial submissions will be deemed non-responsive. Each Program Element proposal will be evaluated and awarded independently.
