Description
This Sources Sought notice is for the replacement of two existing INVOS 7100 Regional Oximetry Systems at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center in Clarksburg, WV. These systems are critical for monitoring changes in regional oxygen saturation of blood (rSO2) in cerebral and somatic tissues. The procurement is for two INVOS 7100 Patient Monitors, two INVOS 7100 Preamplifiers, two Reusable Sensor Cables, two Docking Stations, two Patient Monitor Stands, and two Power Cables. The systems must provide continuous, non-invasive indications of changes in regional blood oxygen saturation. The contractor shall provide two copies of operating and service manuals, and training for end-users on-site. The equipment must have a 3-year warranty covering all parts, materials, labor, and travel for repairs. Warranty support requests must be responded to within 1 day, with a service report provided within five working days of completion. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price. Evaluation factors include required features, price, authorization letter to distribute, and delivery lead times.
