Description
The National Park Service (NPS) at Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area (SAMO) requires the removal and replacement of three HVAC systems in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, California. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, testing, and supplies to complete the work as detailed in the Scope of Work (SOW). The estimated period of performance is from July 22, 2026, through October 20, 2026. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, with a NAICS code of 238220 and a size standard of $19 million. The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
