Description
Iredell County Solid Waste is soliciting bids for a Landfill Gas Collection & Control System (GCCS) expansion project. The project aims to meet New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) Subpart XXX and involves the purchase and installation of approximately 19 new vertical gas extraction wells across Phases 1-6, along with the extension of leachate cleanouts. These will be connected to a 12-inch High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) header via smaller diameter HDPE pipes. The scope also includes the abandonment and redrilling of non-producing LFG wells and the installation of risers, valves, and connections to existing transmission lines and LFGCCS systems. This is a formal construction bid, and all submittals must be mailed or couriered to Iredell County. Questions regarding the bid should be submitted through the OpenGov platform's Q&A section, and any clarifications will be issued via addenda.
