Description
Wor-Wic Community College is seeking proposals for Commissioning Services for the Maintenance Building Expansion Project, located at 32000 Campus Dr., Salisbury, MD 21804. The expanded facility will be located on Horsebridge Drive, at the corner of Longridge Drive. The project is currently in the planning phase and is expected to begin construction in September 2026, with commissioning testing anticipated around January 2027. The scope of services includes ensuring that MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems conform to the basis of design and owner program requirements. The Commissioning Authority (CxA) will be involved throughout the construction phase, including pre-functional inspections, developing functional test scripts, performing functional testing, and preparing the final commissioning report and facility requirements for the operations and maintenance plan. Specific sections referenced include General Commissioning Requirements, Plumbing Commissioning Requirements, HVAC Commissioning Requirements, and Electrical Commissioning Requirements.
