Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office, is soliciting quotes for the removal and replacement of an existing Patterson Kelly MACH C-450 boiler. This project includes replacing the flue with stainless steel, sizing exhaust and combustion air venting per manufacturer recommendations, connecting existing gas and condensate lines, and providing environmental water treatment. The new boiler must be integrated into the existing Johnson Controls Metasys building automation system, ensuring all control points are verified and any system warnings or alarms are resolved. Hot water pump programming for lead/lag operation will also be confirmed or corrected. A certified third-party company must perform testing and balancing of the hot water system. The project is located in Chouteau County, Montana.
