Description
The VA Long Beach Healthcare System requires an upgrade to its existing NetApp HCI virtual server infrastructure. This solicitation covers the provision of all necessary parts, labor, transportation, and access for the upgrade. The scope includes furnishing OEM-manufactured parts for normal wear and tear or failure, and providing all labor associated with repairs. Services include 24/7/365 technical telephone support and onsite technical support during business hours (7:30 am - 4:00 pm PST). The contractor will be responsible for software updates, parts replacement, and labor for repairs. Response times for service requests are within 2 hours via telephone, with onsite support requiring coordination with the Biomedical Engineering Section. Detailed reporting of services performed, including date, problem summary, parts replaced, labor hours, and equipment details, is required within 5 working days of completion.
