Description
This solicitation is for roofing replacement services at Independence Elementary School, located at 8435 Victoria Ave, Southgate, CA 90280. The project requires a contractor holding a B-General Building Contractor or C-39 Roofing Contractor license. Bidders must comply with the OWNER Construction Safety Standards, including prequalification requirements for the bidder and all tiers of subcontractors. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) subcontractors must also be prequalified by the OWNER at least five business days before the bid opening date.
