Description
University Medical Center of Southern Nevada is soliciting bids for remodel work on floors 1 (Lobby) and 5 of the Summit Tower. The project involves updating finishes and making minor upgrades to the electrical and low voltage systems. Any damaged areas outside the scope of the primary work will also be repaired. Work is scheduled to occur during off-hours, specifically from 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. Major utility disruptions must be scheduled with at least 48 hours' advance notice to UMC's Engineering Department and must be performed after business hours. The successful bidder must demonstrate experience working in an operational hospital environment and must adhere to strict infection control policies. All bidders must be registered in the NGEM system to view the solicitation and submit their bids electronically via the NGEM website by Friday, June 26, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. PT. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at the building's entrance.
