Description
This project involves the remodel of approximately 2,574 square feet on the second floor to a vanilla shell and the demolition and build-out of 9,260 square feet on the sixth floor within the UMC Summit Tower. The renovation work includes demolition, asbestos abatement (if applicable), new plumbing lines, HVAC, electrical, finishes, millwork, and communications. The work will be performed during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with major utility disruptions scheduled after business hours with at least 48 hours' notice. The project duration is scheduled to be 180 days from the Notice to Proceed.
