Description
The Texas School for the Deaf (TSD) is soliciting bids for a commercial double stack oven. The oven must be natural gas, commercial grade, double stacked, and capable of holding twelve 18"x26" sheet pans per unit, with each oven producing 106,500 BTU. The unit must also include a combi-duo stacking kit, stand, safety set, auto-dosing system, cleaning cartridges, pre-installation consultation, certified installation for both units, installation kits, a double water filtration system, replacement cartridges, and four Gastronorm grid shelves or equivalent. The scope of work also includes the installation of the ovens on TSD property to ensure proper working order at the time of delivery, and the disposal of old oven equipment. Shipping costs, if applicable, should be included in the bid price. Quantities listed are projected; TSD reserves the right to alter quantities prior to award based on bid responses and budget constraints.
