This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of market research being conducted by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to identify potential manufacturing/supply sources for an Adjuster Assembly, NSN: 1680-01-159-4584, Part Number: 70400-21613-044, in support of the BLACKHAWK weapons system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413, with a corresponding size standard of 1250 employees. This acquisition is being procured under FAR 19.1502 set-aside procedures for Small Businesses, with a particular interest in Women-Owned Small Business concerns, as well as 8(a), small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and HUBZone concerns. The government has the rights to the technical data, and the data package is complete with no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions.
