Description
This solicitation is for commercial items and seeks quotations for the repair of two TRF pumps (Part Number: 1C7-21, NSN: 2910-01-497-7753) for HC-144 aircraft parts. The items will be placed in an "Ready-For-Issue" inventory for future requirements and installation on a U.S. Coast Guard aircraft. The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for these parts is Parker Hannifin Corp (CAGE Code: 26433). The solicitation is restricted and anticipated to be awarded on a sole source basis to Airbus DS Military Aircraft, Inc. (CAGE Code: 0DAF1), as they are the OEM and possess the proprietary technical data, specifications, and drawings required for the repair. Offerors must possess the necessary technical expertise, engineering data, and OEM parts to perform the required repairs. The repair services must comply with OEM specifications, Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), and other OEM technical specifications. A Certificate of Conformance (COC) is required for all provided items. The required turnaround time is ninety (90) days after receipt of material (ARM), though earlier delivery is desired. All parts must be airworthy and suitable for installation on U.S. Coast Guard aircraft, with an FAA airworthiness release (8130-3 Certificate or EASA Form-1) or an authorized Certificate of Conformance required.
