Description
The City of Hartselle, Alabama is soliciting bids for the 5M0 Fuel Farm Relocation Project. This project involves relocating the existing fuel farm to the southern edge of the apron and re-establishing service in the new location. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a lump sum and unit price basis. This project is partially funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program (AIP), and contractors must comply with specific federally required provisions, including Buy American Preference, Civil Rights Title VI Assurances, Davis-Bacon Requirements, Debarment and Suspension, Lobbying, Procurement of Recovered Materials, and Prohibition of Covered Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Federal Fair Labor Standards Act provisions are also incorporated. Bidders must be licensed to perform work in Alabama and obtain a City of Hartselle business license. A Trade Restriction Certification is also required.
