Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for new, overhauled, and repaired OEM and FAA approved hoists and hoist parts, accessories, and services specifically for Breeze Eastern Hoists (Part Number: BL-29900-30-1). These services are critical for the FBI's UH-60M helicopter fleet, ensuring continuous operational availability for law enforcement, national security, and emergency response missions. The contractor must be an authorized Breeze Eastern Service Center with FAA-certified mechanics and Inspection Authorization (IA) mechanics. Services will be performed at the contractor's FAA-approved repair facility, with a standard turnaround time not exceeding three weeks for repairs and overhauls. Parts provided must be OEM-approved or certified, meet FAA airworthiness requirements, and be commercially available and traceable. The anticipated contract type is firm fixed price with a five-year ordering period from the date of award.
