Description
This project involves the site preparation and improvements for a Timberform embankment slide at Chason Park. The scope of work includes concrete flat work, concrete curbing, cast-in-place concrete retaining walls, unit paver installation, rubberized fall surface installation, grading, tree demolition, planting and irrigation installation, and limited site drainage work. The project is expected to be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days. Bidders must be licensed as a "General Contractor" or a "Utility Contractor" in the State of Georgia. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on July 6th, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the City of Bainbridge Purchasing Office.
