Description
Dane County is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide Architectural Services for the Remodel & Expansion of Airport Administration Offices at Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). This project aims to consolidate and expand administrative offices onto a single, 3rd-floor space, adding approximately 12,000 square feet. The selected firm will be responsible for design and construction, including remodeling existing spaces, reconstructing the Airport Emergency Operations Center, and incorporating sustainability and operational phasing to minimize airport disruption. The project is anticipated to be funded through the FAA's Airport Improvement Program (AIP) or Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), with potential FAA funding up to 90%.
