The City of New London is soliciting proposals from qualified professional design firms or teams to provide comprehensive landscape architectural, civil engineering, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP), stormwater and green infrastructure, and related professional design services for the Atlantic Street Park. This project is funded in part by a DECD Community Investment Fund (CIF) planning grant. The selected firm will advance the approved Conceptual Master Plan through regulatory permitting and into final construction documents. The scope includes site surveys, investigations, design development (60%), permitting, construction documents (100%), procurement phase support, and construction administration. Deliverables include design plans, cost estimates, visualization packages for grant applications, and coordination with adjacent developments and historic sites.
