Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking one Wheel Loader Grapple Rake, designed for heavy-duty use in land clearing, forestry, storm cleanup, and debris management. The grapple rake must be fully compatible with a Volvo L110F wheel loader equipped with a VABSTD Volvo standard quick-attach coupler. Key specifications include a minimum width of 96 inches, a maximum width of 150 inches, tine spacing not exceeding 14.5 inches, a minimum of 8 tines, a clamp opening height of at least 90 inches, a minimum operating weight of 5,500 lbs, and a minimum material capacity of 5 cubic yards. The construction must utilize high-strength, abrasion-resistant steel with replaceable tine tips, reinforced tines, heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, and protected hydraulic lines. It must also include stow/stand legs for safe uncoupling. The unit will be delivered ready for installation and operation, including all necessary hydraulic couplers and hoses, and will come with a manufacturer's warranty.
