Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, through the Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is conducting market research to identify infusion pumps that meet the requirements for the Madison VAMC. The solicitation seeks information on large volume infusion pumps with multi-channel capacity, customizable care profiles, smart pump technology for error detection, wireless connectivity, high precision, visual and audible alarms, long-lasting battery life, and compatibility with various mounting options. The system should also include comprehensive reporting and event logging capabilities, with options for bolus delivery and "keep vein open" settings. Additionally, programming versatility for advanced modes and safety features like anti-free-flow and occlusion detection are required. A service computer program for maintenance and calibration is also a requirement.
