Description
The County of Orange, including its various agencies and departments, and the Orange County Flood Control District, is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish Qualified Vendor Lists (QVLs) for Architect-Engineer (A-E) and A-E related services. These services will support various maintenance and capital improvement projects. Firms will be pre-qualified to provide A-E design, project administration, and management services on an as-needed basis through task orders. The resulting contracts will have a term of three years, with the possibility of renewal. The scope of work includes preparing comprehensive building assessments, designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and reports, as well as providing construction administration services and closeout support. Respondents will serve as lead designers, coordinating with various consultants and ensuring project quality and compliance.
