Description
The Kansas State Department of Education is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a progress and financial monitoring software license. This software will be used to monitor approximately $2 million in grant funds allocated to AmeriCorps Kansas subgrantees. The system must support the collection, recording, and compilation of Grantee Progress Reports (GPR), one-off reports, and unlimited surveys. It should also facilitate communication with program staff and members, manage member files, and handle AmeriCorps-compliant timesheets. Financial reporting capabilities aligned with AmeriCorps agency requirements are also essential. The selected vendor will provide implementation consulting, ongoing support, and unlimited accounts for KSDE/KVC staff, with unlimited data storage and multiple daily backups. The expected contract period begins September 1, 2026, with the option to renew for four additional twelve-month periods.
