Description
The County of Riverside Purchasing and Fleet Services Department, on behalf of the Riverside County Public Defender, is seeking quotations for one new current production year low height extended full-size cargo van. The van must meet California emission standards and include a full vehicle wrap with design assistance provided by the vendor. Additional required items include a wall and ceiling liner kit for the rear cargo compartment, a ridged non-slip flooring material, E-Track tie-down rails, a 55-inch TV mounted to the sidewall, a comprehensive electrical system with a 110-volt outlet, LED interior and exterior lighting, and a Starlink receiver and router for mobile internet with Wi-Fi capability. A motorized awning and a passenger jump seat are also requested. Bidders are required to submit their best pricing electronically via www.publicpurchase.com by July 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM Pacific Time. The county intends to award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The solicitation also outlines requirements for proof of insurance, including General Liability and Vehicle Liability, Secretary of State registration, and a current business license if applicable. A local business preference and veteran/active duty/National Guard business preference may be applied.
