Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), Waco Campus, requires the procurement of one (1) Mini Excavator to support Engineering Service operations. The equipment is needed to conduct essential earthmoving, excavation, and materials-handling activities across the facility. The objective is to acquire a reliable, high-performance Mini Excavator that meets all operational, safety, and technical needs. The contractor shall furnish the equipment, materials, manuals, and labor necessary to provide one fully functional Mini Excavator, including operator and service training. The specific model requested is a CASE CX30C Mini Excavator with a 24-inch bucket or similar, with detailed specifications provided in the solicitation. On-site training for Engineering Service personnel covering safe operation, routine service, inspection, and preventive maintenance is also required. The manufacturer's standard warranty must be included upon delivery. This acquisition does not involve VA information systems or sensitive data, and no security accreditation package is required.
