Description
The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) requires the procurement of new Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) equipment to support demining activities and the neutralization of unexploded ordnance throughout Ukraine. The solicitation includes specific technical specifications for various EOD items such as blasting caps, detonators, sheet explosives, detcord, demolition blocks, and cases. Vendors must be authorized distributors and possess a valid Federal Explosives License issued by the ATF. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) award, with delivery required FOB Origin within 270 days of contract award. All offered items must be new, from approved manufacturer distribution channels, and include a one-year manufacturer warranty. The vendor is responsible for all shipping and handling, including compliance with international phytosanitary standards (ISPM15) if wood packaging is used, and obtaining necessary export approvals and documentation for shipment to Ukraine.
