Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a 100-ton H-frame hydraulic press system with auxiliary attachments. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) Code 958A requires this equipment for heavy-duty industrial applications, specifically for removing and inserting shafts, which is currently outsourced. The press must have a minimum 90-inch open height, a 32-inch wide press bed, and an integrated 14-ton auxiliary side press. It should also feature a powered sliding ram with a 12-inch stroke and adjustable pressure settings. The required delivery date is August 3, 2026, to Naval Base San Diego.
