Description
The County of Moore is soliciting bids for chemical purchases for the Public Works Department. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The estimated quantities include 17,000 gallons of Caustic Soda 50%, 8,000 gallons of Sodium Hypochlorite 15%, and 600 gallons of OP50 Phosphate Solution. Deliveries will be in smaller quantities (300-400 gallons) every 2-3 months, requiring small box trucks due to limited space for turnaround. Vendors must supply pumping equipment for transfer and include any fuel surcharges. All goods must be new and of industry-standard quality, with no refurbished or used items accepted. The County will pay sales tax separately.
