Description
The Town of Killingly, Connecticut is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the delivery of Sodium Bioxide to the Killingly Water Pollution Control Facility (KWPCF). The contract aims to ensure reliable operation, compliance with safety standards, and minimal downtime for the facility. The scope of services includes routine and emergency delivery of Sodium Bioxide in bulk. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring product quality, freshness, and stability, meeting NSF/ANSI Standard 60 certification, and providing all necessary documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (COA). The contractor must also comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, including those from OSHA, DOT, CT-DEEP, and EPA. Emergency deliveries must be made within 24 hours of request. The initial contract term is 12 months, beginning July 1, 2026, with the option for two additional one-year renewals. Bidders are required to provide detailed pricing for routine and emergency delivery services, as well as any ancillary charges. Bonding is not required for this project.
