Description
This solicitation is for the procurement of 58 units of an elevating leg for an 81mm mortar, as specified by Drawing #11580032, Revision D. The solicitation offers two options: one requiring First Article Approval and another where First Article Approval is waived. The contract will be awarded as a whole, meaning offers must be submitted for the total quantity. Detailed specifications, including drawings and quality assurance provisions, are provided. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price arrangement. Delivery is expected within 120 calendar days from the date of award for the option with First Article Approval, or 90 calendar days from the date of First Article Test Approval to delivery for the option without First Article Approval. For the option without First Article Approval, delivery is expected within 150 calendar days from the date of award. The place of inspection and acceptance is the Watervliet Arsenal.
