Description
Littleton Elementary School District #65, located in Avondale and Tolleson, Arizona, is requesting cost estimates for group visits to an arcade. The scope of work includes student admissions, chaperone admissions, optional food packages, and the rental of reserved event space. The district serves approximately 6,000 students across nine K-8 schools and a district office complex. Vendors must accept purchase orders, and all purchases require a District-issued Purchase Order to be in place before any products or services are ordered or received. The total contract value is not guaranteed but is intended to not exceed $99,000 over the course of the quote. The vendor will be responsible for event coordination, including scheduling and confirming attendance. Services include providing access to designated arcade games and attractions, ensuring all equipment is operational, and providing event staff. Group accommodations such as reserved seating or gathering areas are also required. If selected, food and beverage packages will be provided, accommodating reasonable dietary restrictions when communicated in advance. The vendor must maintain a clean and safe environment with trained staff present during operating hours.
