Description
The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is seeking proposals for audio-visual production services to support their in-person "State of the Region" event on November 4, 2026, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA. The event is expected to host approximately 1,500 attendees and will include main stage activities such as speaker presentations, an awards ceremony, pre-recorded videos, and potentially a live musical performance. The selected company will be responsible for providing comprehensive audio-visual solutions, including stage design, lighting, audio systems, video production (screens, projectors, cameras, recording), and labor. Load-in is scheduled for November 2, 2026, with rehearsals on November 3, 2026. All post-event work must be completed by December 1, 2026. ARC anticipates selecting a contractor in June 2026, with work commencing immediately after award. The total compensation is not expected to exceed $70,500, with separate funding allocated for rigging and electrical costs.
