Description
The City of Port St. Lucie's Public Works Department intends to sole source consulting services for centralized controlled irrigation systems. This includes software, programming, configuration, firmware, and system-level technical services for centrifuge systems and variable frequency drives (VFDs). The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received will be considered solely to determine if a competitive procurement process is warranted and will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
