Description
NASA/NSSC requires the purchase of Nokia equipment, software, and integration services, as well as Vinco integration services, for the ELMT STANDALONE project. This system will be integrated into the local GRC GEM testbed to measure how commercially available 3GPP products react to an emulated Lunar environment. The contractor shall provide the following hardware: NDAC Micro RRH Kit B41 (1), Multi RAT indoor BBU kit (ASOE) (1), NDAC Macro Site Power Sol. Distrbd (APAA) (1), and 4x 1695-2690MHz 65HPBW 1x RET (2). The required software licenses include Micro 5G SW Lic p.a. (1) and Micro 5G SW Maint p.a. (1). Services include E2E Project Management (1), initial system configuration, integration, and site support. The contractor will also pack and ship to NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, OH. Vinco's scope of work includes furnishing the specified Nokia hardware and software, integration and setup of radios with the existing system, and coordination with NOKIA CARES for SW and commissioning files. All on-site work can be completed in no more than two mobilizations. The place of performance is NASA Glenn Research Center at 21000 Brookpark Rd, Cleveland, OH 44135. The period of performance is 14 to 22 Weeks ARO.
