Description
The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract for remote and onsite support of audio visual equipment. This support will cover the Anatomical Labs Bays A-F, the Offset Operating Room, and the Rear Conference Room (G028A/B). One Diversified LLC is the sole installer and programmer of the existing equipment, possessing the unique experience, specialized skills, knowledge of the installed software/algorithms, and technical expertise required for installation and integration. Therefore, they are considered the only qualified source capable of meeting the government's needs within the specified timeframe. This procurement will follow FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) procedures. Interested responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that demonstrates competition would be advantageous to the Government, is not cost or time prohibitive, and that the offeror can meet the stated needs. Responses must be received via email by the closing date.
