Description
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires ongoing support for its Integrated Digital Asset System (IDAS). This includes software license renewals and maintenance for RFID label printing software (BarTender Enterprise) and asset management software (ItemAware). Additionally, the FDA is seeking targeted software development improvements for ItemAware, such as batch tag printing, batch archiving, report enhancements, and an item count display. The contract also includes on-site hardware preventative maintenance and technical support for IDAS hardware infrastructure, including RFID antennas, readers, and label printers, across all FDA OPQR laboratory sites. An optional task for additional ItemAware software support hours may also be exercised.
