Description
This solicitation is for the provision of boxed noon meals for the Butte Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). The contractor will be responsible for delivering these meals daily to the Mike Mansfield Federal Building and United States Courthouse, located at 400 North Main Street, Butte, Montana 59701. The contractor will need to secure their own parking during deliveries. It is important to note that the facility is scheduled for a long-term renovation from August 2026 through calendar year 2029. During this period, MEPS operations may relocate to an alternate location at the National Guard Armory, 415 Sugarloaf Loop, Butte, Montana 59750. The government will provide advance notice of any such relocation. Meals are to be provided Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and training days, as well as up to 28 Saturdays annually, for an estimated 264 days per year. Additionally, extra meals may be required on up to two processing days per month for applicants staying late. The number of meals required daily will be communicated by 8:00 a.m. each day. The government guarantees to procure a minimum of $1,500.00 worth of noon meals. The contract includes a base period from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with two one-year option periods extending through August 31, 2029.
