Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is soliciting bids for food and consumable products for the HHSC El Paso State Supported Living Center (SSLC). This includes products for the food service, supply services, and on-campus programs like a canteen or coffee house. The contract term is from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with one optional renewal. The estimated annual contract value is $700,000, with a maximum potential contract value of $1,500,000. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive responses that meet all IFB requirements, including detailed pricing information. The solicitation emphasizes that prices must be firm and fixed for the life of the contract. HHSC reserves the right to award to multiple vendors or to cancel the IFB.
