Description
This is a Sources Sought notice to gauge interest and capabilities from HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB small businesses for the repair, replacement, and installation of livestock gates. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The government is considering a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period, not to exceed $2.5 million. The scope of work involves cutting existing fence lines to install new gates, or repairing fences with a splice after access is gained. The contractor will also be responsible for installing fluorescent delineator coils and transferring any existing government number tags to new posts. All labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for these tasks are to be provided by the contractor. Further project details are available in the Statement of Work. This notice is for planning purposes only and does not constitute an invitation for bids, request for quotation, or proposal. No contract award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought, and all information is provided at no cost to the government.
