Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks a single provider to deliver comprehensive food safety and sanitation services to multiple school districts in Georgia. The scope of work includes providing pre-packaged chemicals, regular technician site visits for restocking and maintenance, and ongoing training for school nutrition personnel. The program must be implemented and ready for use by July 20, 2026, with initial training potentially required before the start of the school year. Key services include managing par stock levels, providing Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and offering ServSafe® certification classes at no additional cost beyond books and exams. The contract period is for one year, beginning July 1, 2026, with provisions for renewal for up to four additional years.
