Description
This solicitation is for Automatic Doors Preventative Maintenance (PM) Services at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit in Lame Deer, Montana. The contractor will be responsible for providing semi-annual preventative maintenance and replacement of consumable parts for various Horton automatic doors and operators. This includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and verification of safety components and ADA compliance. Any parts required must be OEM parts from Horton Automatics. The contract period includes a base year and four option years.
