Description
The National Park Service is soliciting quotations for the delivery of propane to multiple locations on the west side of Glacier National Park, Montana. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with an economic price adjustment provision, consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, with an option to extend for six months. The estimated annual propane usage is between 12,000 and 16,000 gallons. Deliveries are required Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, excluding federal holidays, with 24-hour notice required and delivery within 72 hours of request. 18-wheelers are not an acceptable delivery method due to tight spaces. Delivery locations include Lake McDonald Wastewater Treatment Plant, Sprague Lift Station, Apgar Lift Station, Visitor Center, and Polebridge Ranger Station.
