Description
The City of Falls Church is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional financial and investment consulting services for their Defined Benefit Governmental Retirement Plans, Defined Contribution Retirement Savings Plan, and Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) plans. The selected firm will act in a fiduciary capacity, providing independent advice on asset allocation, performance monitoring, fund/manager selection, and fee structures. The firm must not be licensed to sell products and must adhere to strict conflict of interest policies. Services include annual investment policy reviews, performance evaluations, manager searches, and fiduciary education for the Retirement Board and City staff. The contract will be for an initial 12-month period with four one-year renewal options.
