Description
The City of Moline is soliciting bids for Job Number 1301, "49th Street Drainage Improvements Phase II." This project involves extensive work including roadway and utility improvements along 2nd Avenue, installation of steel sheet piling, construction of a new pump station with an embankment berm, chain link fence construction, seeding, and decommissioning of the existing pump station once the new one is operational. Prevailing wages are required for this project. The anticipated start date is after August 17, 2026, with substantial completion expected by March 31, 2027. Final seeding and punch list items are to be completed by May 15, 2027. Bidding will be conducted exclusively through IONWAVE's website. Vendors must register for a free account to access and submit bids electronically. All bid documents must be submitted by the bid opening on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST. The bid opening will be held virtually via RingCentral.
